So Who Has The $196 Million Ticket?

It has been confirmed that one lucky lottery ticket holder is set to scoop a massive $196 million after buying a ticket from a Cincinnati liquor store. While the lucky winner has yet to come to the fore there are hopes that they will soon show their head above the parapet and step forward.

The Georgia State Lottery administrators have issued more details about the winning ticket in a move to flush out the lucky person and encourage them to step forward. In the past we have seen a number of large Lottery winners too afraid or shocked to step forward, something which has led to a number of fraudulent claims and criminal prosecutions by the authorities.

What on earth could you do with $196 million? Do you blow it on houses, the good life or treat your friends? Do you try and live a ‘normal’ life or do you just enjoy, enjoy, enjoy? While just a million dollars is a life changing figure for many people, can you imagine having $196 million in the ‘bag’?
